Terms and Conditions
1. Financial settlement to be paid in two sections, a non-refundable 20% deposit is required when the booking is made and remaining balance no later than seven days prior to the performance(s).Final amount can be made by cash at the start of the performance(s) if agreed with Flash Mobile Discos Prior to event. All cheques must be made payable to Flash Discos. If additional performance time is required, the fee for such time must be agreed with, and paid to Flash Mobile Discos before the date of performance.
2. This contract reflects the verbal agreement, and shall include any terms and conditions agreed prior to its issue, and shall be deemed accepted unless a written objection is received within seven working days of the issuing date. No alterations may be made to this contract without prior approval by Flash Mobile Discos.
3. In the event of the client wishing to cancel this contract for any reason other than Act of God or National Disaster, any advance payment made will be forfeited, or a cancellation fee to the value of deposit paid will be charged.
4. In the unlikely event of Flash Mobile Discos having to cancel the contract all money paid will be refunded.
5. The client will ensure suitable time for the installation and dismantling, and removal of equipment (normally one hour 30 minutes). The client will also ensure that safe and adequate power is available.
6. Flash Mobile Discos and their assistants will conduct themselves in a proper manner throughout their attendance at the venue, and will respond to the clients requests as to volume, siting of equipment and, or any other reasonable requests.
7. Flash Mobile Discos shall be in no way liable for breach of byelaws, or conditions under which the venue is leased, hired or entrusted to the client. The client also ensures that all appropriate licenses, as required by law, are in force at the time of the performance(s).
8. The client will provide adequate supervision of its guests, customers and, or staff at the venue, and will be liable for any loss of, or damage to, the equipment, vehicles, or personnel belongings, caused by guests, customers and, or staff.

Flash Mobile Discos is a registered company with Inland Revenue.
Flash Mobile Discos has full public liability insurance of £2 Million covered by DJ Guard which is part of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Ltd.
All of our equipment is PAT tested annually, and our equipment goes through safety checks each month.
