DIY Disco Terms and Conditions

1. Financial settlement to take place by cash at the start of the hire period(s), or by cheque payable to Flash Discos no later than fourteen days prior to the hire date(s). If additional hire time is required, the fee for such time must be agreed with, and paid to Flash Mobile Discos before the date of hire.

2. You need to be over the age of 21 to hire the equipment a photo ID is required on delivery/collection of equipment along with a proof of address i.e. Drivers License and Utility Bill.

3. This contract reflects the verbal agreement, and shall include any terms and conditions agreed prior to its issue, and shall be deemed accepted unless a written objection is received within seven working days of the issuing date. No alterations may be made to this contract without prior approval by Flash Mobile Discos.

4. In the event of the client wishing to cancel this contract for any reason other than Act of God or National Disaster, any advance payment made will be forfeited, or a cancellation fee to the value of deposit paid will be charged.

5. In the unlikely event of Flash Mobile Discos having to cancel the contract all money paid will be refunded.

6. The client will provide adequate supervision of its guests, customers and, or staff at the venue, and will be liable for any loss of, or damage to, the equipment.

7. Flash Mobile Discos shall be in no way liable for breach of byelaws, or conditions under which the venue is leased, hired or entrusted to the client. The client also ensures that all appropriate licenses, as required by law, are in force at the time of the hire date(s).

8. All equipment is checked prior to hire and is seen as safe and fit for its purpose, on receipt of equipment if any fault and or damages are present, Flash Mobile Discos must be informed immediately to avoid you, the client, losing your security deposit.

9. Security deposits will be returned by cheque within five working days, to allow us to check the equipment, if any damage has been found a damage report will be issued with charges. If the equipment is returned in unsatisfactory condition i.e. filthy a cleaning charge may be deducted to the security deposit.
